I am are sure you’ll love your new purchase. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy, I will exchange or refund items (except custom made) within 14 days of purchase. However, I can only return postage costs if the item is faulty or I have sent an incorrect item. An additional postage cost will be incurred for exchanging an item.
Any item must be returned in the condition it was dispatched, together with the original packing slip. I recommend that you obtain free ‘proof of posting’ from the Post Office. When I have received your returned item, I will email you to confirm receipt and process your return and issue a refund or exchange, as you indicate. Please allow up to 10 working days for processing the refund or exchange of an item. NB: I cannot accept responsibility for items you send that do not reach me.
